We currently ship London using reliable tracked delivery services. Shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include standard and express delivery depending on availability.

All orders are securely packaged to protect your fragrance oils during transit.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, opened fragrance oils cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
